A blog about IT in higher education

This is a blog about IT in higher education.  I work as an IT Director at the University of Oxford with responsibility for desktop and infrastructure IT.  We provide a managed desktop service and also look after data networks and VMware server environments.  We have developed some really neat approaches to delivering these services and I want to share our experiences and ideas.
